Is there any timeframe you can give us?
This has been an ongoing issue for months (thanks for the help EA), and I know this wont work for a lot of you, but I realized that the only packs I was having issues with were the ones I bought through EA. The ones I bought from a third party worked perfectly well and have been running great.
So luckily I realized this within the EA return window, returned my games, got my money back, and bought the packs through a reliable third party, and the problem was fixed!

The Sims 3 Into the Future
The Sims 3 Pets

Still can't install the following packs....
Sims 3: Seasons
Sims 3: Supernatural
Sims 3: Pets
Sims 3: World Adventures Expansion Pack
Sims 3: Late Night Expansion Pack
Every time I load up EA app it shows the download as pause, so when I click on the download button it pops up with Something went wrong try again later message, even tells me to restart App which I've done many times. I even went a few days without turning on the EA app because I thought it might some type of protection that stops people from downloading the same game too many times (random theory but figured give it a shot) And even after DAYS of waiting it still doesn't download.
I saw the reply saying a patch went through that fixed the issue for some but sadly it is still broken for me.
any updates on how to fix this EA?
