Hi, did you ever get his figured out? I just installed my game into an external hard drive as well and it won't let me download any of my DLC's and it gives me the same error message that you linked above. I also have a MacBook Air.
exact same problem, I've done everything. Wont let me download my packs and content. :( any updates:?
