@Bluebellflora Yes, those three are from Epic. They were claimed during that event for free. I bought Spooky Stuff on Steam, do I have to pay for it again to play it on Mac? And all DLC The Sims 3? All extensions could be added to Origin and also worked on Mac.
Yes, I'm logged in to the same account I've been using on Origin.

Yes, you will have to buy the content again. Steam and Epic are not EA. You claimed or purchased the packs through third parties.

- 2 years ago@Bluebellflora Isn't there a way to talk to them about this? It sounds wrong to pay for the packs again, or to pay when they were offered previously. And since it says "Windows only", it means it's linked to the account, so what's the matter with letting it be unlocked on Mac as well? One thing is The Sims 3, that one never worked on Mac, but the add-ons for The Sims 4 did.

Epic and Steam and Origin/EA App are different storefronts. You could try contacting customer support as they deal with entitlements - https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ - MiceWantPants4 months agoSeasoned Newcomer
Idk if you ever went further with this, but I tried to contact them about this two seperate times. The first person basically told me to get f*cked and the second at least kindly said "sorry, EA won't let us do anything about it"
