Hello, there were once free Sims packs available on Epic Games, but since there was no EA App on Mac I couldn't link both accounts. Now we do have and I tried doing it, but it seems that it is still not possible since The Sims 4 on Epic works only on PC (and you have to click to open it to link the accounts). I tried to link the accounts on PC and it worked, well kind of. I can see that the packs are there but only on PC. When switching to my Mac there is no sign of the packs being mine, just the option to buy them.
I read that someone did that while Origin still was the app for Mac and it worked for them, but it seems it doesn't do the job for me now with the new EA App for Mac.
Does anyone knows if there is a possibility to finally claim those packs somehow?

Yeah me too. I claimed them through the EA app on a windows laptop from a friend and linked my Epic games and EA accounts. I could play them on my Mac with Origin just fine, but I was forced to the new EA app for Mac and it says that I own the packs, but they are only available on Windows.
Edit: The game still says that I own the packs (as I do) and I can travel to the Selvadora world for example, but in the EA app it still says I can buy Jungle Adventure.

Epic games released a 3 pack of DLC for the sims 4 containing: Luxury Party Stuff Pack, Jungle Adventures Game Pack and Fashion Street Kit. I was able to use a friend's Windows computer to obtain the DLC, connect it to my EA account, and then the DLC was playable on Origin. Now that we've had to switch to the EA app, this DLC is unplayable, greyed out in the library and says "Available on Windows".

After being forced to move from Origin to the EA app, the packs I got for free from Epic Games 'Daring Lifestyle Bundle' in May of 2023 no longer show up. (Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party, Fashion Street) Looking at Epic Games now it says The Sims 4 and its add-on content are not compatible with OS, and says it requires 64-bit Windows 10 or above. These packs worked just fine on my Mac before moving to the EA app, I don't use any mods. if anyone else has had this issue or has a fix please let me know, this wasn't an issue before moving. Otherwise just wondering if there is a way to get a code or 'refund' for these packs so I don't have to pay full price for something I got for free?

Hi,
I have exact same issue,
All 3 DLCs offered by Epic are Windows exclusives which is odd seeing how cross-platform The Sims 4 has become.
I've tried to contact support but can't open case no matter what as it leads me to TOO_MANY_REQUESTS no matter the browser, private mode or not.
Maybe EA will look into this, who knows.
It's nice to see EA app on Mac finally after all.
