Yeah me too. I claimed them through the EA app on a windows laptop from a friend and linked my Epic games and EA accounts. I could play them on my Mac with Origin just fine, but I was forced to the new EA app for Mac and it says that I own the packs, but they are only available on Windows.
Edit: The game still says that I own the packs (as I do) and I can travel to the Selvadora world for example, but in the EA app it still says I can buy Jungle Adventure.
Epic games released a 3 pack of DLC for the sims 4 containing: Luxury Party Stuff Pack, Jungle Adventures Game Pack and Fashion Street Kit. I was able to use a friend's Windows computer to obtain the DLC, connect it to my EA account, and then the DLC was playable on Origin. Now that we've had to switch to the EA app, this DLC is unplayable, greyed out in the library and says "Available on Windows"

- @Bluebellflora Isn't there a way to talk to them about this? It sounds wrong to pay for the packs again, or to pay when they were offered previously. And since it says "Windows only", it means it's linked to the account, so what's the matter with letting it be unlocked on Mac as well? One thing is The Sims 3, that one never worked on Mac, but the add-ons for The Sims 4 did.
After being forced to move from Origin to the EA app, the packs I got for free from Epic Games 'Daring Lifestyle Bundle' in May of 2023 no longer show up. (Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party, Fashion Street) Looking at Epic Games now it says The Sims 4 and its add-on content are not compatible with OS, and says it requires 64-bit Windows 10 or above. These packs worked just fine on my Mac before moving to the EA app, I don't use any mods. if anyone else has had this issue or has a fix please let me know, this wasn't an issue before moving. Otherwise just wondering if there is a way to get a code or 'refund' for these packs so I don't have to pay full price for something I got for free?

Epic and Steam and Origin/EA App are different storefronts. You could try contacting customer support as they deal with entitlements - https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ - natipeltz2 years agoRising Newcomer
Hey! So I've recently updated my game to the EA App as I'm on Mac and haven't been playing as much. Anyways, many moons ago I made an Epic Games account so I could get the bundle they were giving away for free over there. I'm trying to redeem it but there seems to be no way to do it. Has anyone a clue on what I could possibly do? YouTube tutorials are no help at all.
Thanks!

Hi,
I have exact same issue,
All 3 DLCs offered by Epic are Windows exclusives which is odd seeing how cross-platform The Sims 4 has become.
I've tried to contact support but can't open case no matter what as it leads me to TOO_MANY_REQUESTS no matter the browser, private mode or not.
Maybe EA will look into this, who knows.
It's nice to see EA app on Mac finally after all. I just made the switch from the origin app to the EA app on my Mac
I play on both PC and Mac.
When Epic Games released the deal to get free packs I managed to add them to my library using my PC, and therefore my mac
So I have had those packs on my Mac for almost a year now
After moving to the EA App I no longer have those packs downloaded as it says it is for windows only
Is there anything I can do to get my packs back?
