@collinhoolihan Hi, I had the same issue with the vintage glamour pack.. I fixed it but using the exit option which can be found on the left handside (the three lines). Once you press the exit option this everything should close. Re-open the app and search for your pack and it should appear on screen with a download option. Hope this helps!!!
