Sims 4 expansions missing

I'm missing Sims 4 expansions from my EA app, but have order proof in my 'My Orders' section of my account. I can't find any means to fix this. I'm not running anything that would prevent or block me from seeing them. Just using the 'EA app' - was moved over from Origin.

Some now marked as 'in library'. But weren't for a few days. Bug report, I guess.

You're not seeming to understand: I resolved my issues. And even more issues. Thank you. This is a bug report more than a request for help now.

Are your expansions no longer showing as owned in the Manage Add-Ons section of the EA app?

@EA_Solaire when I first had the issue, no, they had not showed up as owned. They were all available for purchase. It wasn't until my app crashed (multiple times, during download of the sims) that they showed up as 'in library'.

Thanks, and are the packs showing as installed in the app as well?

Funny enough, the EA app did not actually create the download folder - so no, they were not installing or downloading.
I had to fix that - and then, after that was resolved - they showed up as installed.

Let's clear the cache for the EA app with these steps, as well as run a repair for The Sims 4.

To repair the game, you can click The Sims 4 tile in your game library, select Manage, then Repair.
