Funny enough, the EA app did not actually create the download folder - so no, they were not installing or downloading.
I had to fix that - and then, after that was resolved - they showed up as installed.
Community ManagerLet's clear the cache for the EA app with these steps, as well as run a repair for The Sims 4.
To repair the game, you can click The Sims 4 tile in your game library, select Manage, then Repair.
