Sims 4 high school years not downloading
My Ea App shows that I have sims 4 high school years as an add on in my collection, but when I try to download it shows that my download has an error and I don't know why it's doing that.

has anyone gotten a response as to what to do?? I preordered as well and in origin it says I own the pack but dont even have option to download except for in map view but then I click on download and thats when it says I already own it. So frustrated ugh!!
@missymeg101 Exact same issue with me and no fix. The pack comes up as unowned and gives me the buy option but when I click on it , it says it's already in my library! I've emailed EA and they basically said they've been getting similar reports from thousands of people and they are working on it and I asked them for a time frame and they had none! What a joke
