Sims 4 high school years not downloading
My Ea App shows that I have sims 4 high school years as an add on in my collection, but when I try to download it shows that my download has an error and I don't know why it's doing that.

I'm having this exact same issue after the update was supposedly pushed.. This is extremely frustrating for a game we love so much and out so much money into. Is there an update on when this will officially be fixed?
@BlessedChaos09 game is updated to the latest version and I have done ALL the things that the help page have told me, multiple times and still nothing. I've purchased the game in EA app, so it's not in origin, for whatever weird reason, which is really frustrating.
