Sims 4 high school years not downloading
My Ea App shows that I have sims 4 high school years as an add on in my collection, but when I try to download it shows that my download has an error and I don't know why it's doing that.

Hiya! I've had the same issue and I've tried everything but I finally managed to fix it if anybody's having the same issue. You just have to uninstall the Sims 4 game, but make sure you create a copy of all of your cc and mods beforehand. You can do this by just going into the EA app and clicking the three dots on the Sims 4 game and click uninstall and then just re-install it. Every pack downloaded perfectly! Would also like to mention that EA help was horrible and they did absolutely nothing to help 🙂 But yeah hope that helps anyone!
If you try to download Origin, it just takes you to the EA app.
