I can't get it to download without the error popping up
I tried the most common ways to fix it and nothing

What error specifically are you seeing when you try to download Horse Ranch, can you attach a screenshot of the error to your post for me please?
i am having the same issue except my horse ranch pack is not downloading and continusly says processing and not downloading even if i cache it or try redownloading it. pleeeeease help
Community ManagerIf you look over the order history on your EA account and locate the transaction there for Horse Ranch, are you seeing this purchase status showing as completed, processing, or failed?
It says completed on my end but apparently it'd not
