Summarize your bug Sims 4 won't download. When I try to download, it will sit in Preparing status for 10 - 15 minutes before erroring out. I am able to download other games without issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? The game won't download
What do you expect to see? The game downloads

I have tried clearing the cache, rebooting the App, rebooting the computer, and it still won't download.
