Sims 4 Update stuck at 8 %

My sims 4 update for the marketplace addition. Is stuck at 8%.  I have cleared the cache. I have restarted the game. I do not have any mods installed. I have changed the password on my account and tried to download the update, and still sticks at 8 pct.  I can use my browser in the background and load web pages. So it can’t be my internet connection. I have tried multiple times in multiple days now and always sticks at 8 %
