Sims 4 won't install or update.

Im not sure if this has been talked about before, but im lost.
I played the Sims yesterday, and shut down for the night, had antivirus etc on (subscriptions run out) but sims still worked...

Hi.
This message showed up 19 days ago and now its back
I was playing Sims yesterday with no problems, shut down with no problem. Went to play again today, and now its back. My Norton security has it in the exclusions part (least i think its the correct place) and now its annoying me.
First its corrupted files etc, now it pops up with this.
