Sims 4 Won't Launch Help Me Please

Hey everyone, my Sims4 game won't launch. I've tried everything in the book and also contacted the tech team, but they have been no help. Every time it tries to launch, the ea game library pops back up and it "says" that I'm playing, but the game isn't launching for me. Nothing is working, and I've been having this issue for the last couple of months and I'm getting really frustrated. Someone please help me!
