Sims is unavailable

I had sims a couple years ago on an old email tried login in but couldn’t so i ended up making a new account. the only issue is once i made the new acc on EA and downloaded sims it didnt show a down...

Hey @sophiaa080908 ,

Are you playing on PC or on Mac? Are you trying to download the free version of the base game?

As a first step, you can try clearing the EA app cache by clicking the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app > Help > App recovery > Clear cache. Then check if you are able to download the game.
