Spore can only be installed in Chinese, Spore Sweet & Creepy not in my Library!

Hello dear Supporters,

Spore and all its DLCs were activated on my Origin Account.

When the Origin Client was replaced with the EA App, the Spore Galactic Adventures and the Creature Editor remained in my Library but the main Game Spore and the DLC Sweet & Creepy dissappeared.

So I thought that maybe it needs reactivation so I typed the codes trying to add them but coudln't because the codes were already activated from the first time I activated them on the Origin Client years ago.

So I thought I'll finally take care of it now that I would like to play Spore again and contacted the support.

At first I talked with Akshay S. and after that with Utkarsh P.

I've send new taken Pictures of the physical CDs and the Booklets back with the codes and send them in.

Akshay S. checked everything and activated my Spore Game again as also the Sweet & Creepy DLC.

However, even after I cleared the Cache, signed out of the APP, restarted the PC and signed in on the APP, the Sweet & Creepy DLC won't show up in my Library, while the Main Game showed up but can only be installed in Chinese (not letting me pick any other language).

Since everything we tried didn't worked and the problem remains, Utkarsh P. told me to write in this forum so you can help me with the problem.

I took some screenshots so you can see aswell.

In the first one you can see that only Chinese is selectable.

In the second that only the Galactic Adventures DLC shows up, the Sweet & Creepy doesn't.

The Ticket ID is 197130998

  • @Dumeka Thank you, I can see the problem you are reporting on the back end. I'm in conversation with the customer support team to move this forward.

    @Dumeka Does anyone ever get a response or help in these forums?
    I have contacted the support over chat 3 times for the same ticket in the last two weeks, created this post here aswell but nobody is helping.
    The last supporter told me in the chat to check the forums for a response from the technical team here but still nobody is responding or helping and my ticket is marked now as "No Fix".
    This is seriously really bad in my opinion and not a way to treat your customers!

    @Dumeka Hi Dumeka, sorry you have had troubles with this. Could you please install the games and then submit an error report (top left menu) and post the ID here?
    This will include tech details so I can understand why these languages are displayed.

    Hello der SansGelatine.

    I'm installing Spore in Chinese now so I can send you the ID.

    Unfortunately I can only do that for the Main Game because the DLC Sweet & Creepy is still not in my Library. ☹️

    BTW: EA_Poppy told me to tell you that the issue has to do with DRM-Limits.

    I also don't get why Akshay S. would activate the Chinese Version on my Account when I clearly added Pictures of the original Booklets with the Codes and the CDs of the main games that are EU Based and the DLC aswell.
