Spore purchased on Steam does not show up in my EA App library

Hello. I am facing a persistent technical issue with my game library synchronization. I purchased Spore on Steam, and my Steam and EA accounts are officially linked. However, the game completely refuses to show up in my EA App library.

Due to current regional limitations in my location, I am unable to reach the standart Live Chat support to resolve this platform-side licensing discrepancy. This is why I am posting here.

I have all the necessary proof of ownership, including Steam gift receipts and account licenses.

Could a community manager please contact me via private message (DM) so I can provide my account details and screenshots to help resolve or escalate this issue?

Just to clarify, are you currently signed in to the EA App with the same EA account linked to the Steam account you used to purchase Spore? And does the game appear owned on Steam? If it is, could you please confirm that you're signed in to the EA App with the same EA account linked to Steam?&nbsp;
You can check by navigating to your&nbsp;Connected Accounts page for the Steam account handle, and making sure the EA ID linked to Steam matches what's displayed in the app.&nbsp;
