Community Manager@slinkaaay Hey, if the game is refunded through the normal refund policy, nothing happens to your account. We do have a larger thread on this here that you may want to check out. If this link doesn't help, what I would suggest is to contact live support to have them take a look at the account and see if there are any issues with the games that were or are on there. The other thread has a lot of steps in it that have helped other players.
This will save you a lot of time by having them look at it first.
