    Hey @GEZDAUN can you try installing the most up to date version of VC++ to see if it helps.

     

    You can find the latest version on the Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

     

    You need to install both of the following:

    • vcredist_x86_vs2015 (for 32bit Windows version)
    • vcredist_x64_vs2015 (for 64bit Windows version)

    If you get the message that the files are already installed, select Repair instead. It is recommended to run the installer as administrator (right-click the file, select run as admin).

    If you check the file @akaReXo parts of it are Italian.

    Can you try running the game on a new Windows Admin account @akaReXo?

    In 30 seconds @decimal4000 you were able to create a new Windows Admin account, test the game and respond back to me.


    If you are not willing to try the steps I suggest please do not lie about doing so and just say so.

    @EA_Darko yes i did, i went to settings, account create a new member family. I put the email, so i switched to that account. I double clicked battlefront 2 and same error

    It's not possible to create a new account, launch the game and then respond back on AQH in under 30 seconds @akaReXo.


    Please do the troubleshooting as suggested and if the issue continues when you do this then you may need to look into reinstalling your OS as this is a Windows error and not an EA one.
