Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Failed to Launch

I am not sure if this was the same relevant issue, but I am trying to play star wars fallen order from steam to EA games. I was able to download it before but said it was a fail on EAs end and so I tried a different approach by signing out of everything. When in EAs sign in screen I hit the steam icon on top instead of logging in. It sent me to steam website I logged in and went to authorize everything but when it came down to getting the security code it was emailing me. I would hit resend code but I get nothing even after 10min nothing. It continued to the point of saying too many verification attempts and I still don't get an email for a code. I have checked spam and inbox but nothing. I am wondering if you guys can help with the link process so I can play this game?

Maybe it's something else? I'm experiencing the same issue and it's not other applications blocking.  totally frustrating experience.

Im having the same exact problem except i don't get a game failed to launch message. it just goes back to the play button again

I am Having the same issue. I own the game on Steam, and every time I click Play it opens the EA app and then a few seconds later I get a pop up message saying: "Your game failed to launch, An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later." I have tried everything I can think of and have accessed multiple other Threads and messages to try and find an answer. Sadly no one has come up with a solution that has worked for me yet.

Yes but it doesn't work with steam. Achievements/progress wont be tracked with this solution.
