Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Failed to Launch

I just bought this yesterday and it refuses to launch. It opens the EA app and nothing happens. Then I click play again in steam and it says "Your game failed to launch". I have reinstalled the game ...

@confoundedjoe If you've got it on Steam, uninstall EA app, and launch the game from its "SwGame-Win64-Shipping.exe". works for me.

    Yes but it doesn't work with steam. Achievements/progress wont be tracked with this solution.
