Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order won't launch from EA Desktop PC

I have EA Play on PC with my Xbox Game Pass membership, but for some reason, when I try to open Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order from EA Desktop, it just stays stuck on this screen shown in the png file r...

Hey, @RetroDavidNXS  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with JFO and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

 

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

@EA_Atic I've tried doing a clean boot, and also clearing app cache, but it's not working. The file below shows the dxdiag information.

    @RetroDavidNXS What GPU do you have and have you tried reinstalling the drivers for it?

        @RetroDavidNXS  could you run  EA Desktop PC as Admin and see if that helps.
