[Steam] - Dragon Age Inquisition won't launch with EA app

I bought the GOTY version on steam and cannot play it. The EA desktop app doesn't launch it. I've tried many "fixes" and none of them worked.  EA_Blueberry Edit: merged some threads into this one ...

@Silver_Bastion Do either game fail to launch or do you get an error message?
