Stuck On "Connecting to EA App" Load Screen

Platform:PC

Summarize your bug I am stuck on the Connecting to EA app screen. I have tried everything from
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, but the app will not open. it is stuck in a constant error loop.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot open the app.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the app opening.

I have tried everything from uninstalling the app to accessing hidden files, nothing will get me off the "Connecting to the EA App" screen except for a sudden report that warns me of an unexpected error and gives me the option to relaunch the app. Then we start the dance all over again.

    same its done this ever since ive downloaded the app never once has it launched right. ive done every fix ive seen but  nothing works

    Try to Launch, EA Repair System

    1. Open "Program & Features"

    2. Right Click on EA App and choose Uninstall

    3. Then Click Repair

    i have apps and features theres no repair option and can't uninstall because you have to log out of the app to do that and i can't even stop connecting!!!

    Go to add or remove programs and from there find the EA App, then uninstall and click repair. This worked for me.

    I had this same problem too!! I have a Mac so what I did was go to Finder , applications and scrolled till I found the EA app and right clicked it.

    I selected Show package contents . I then opened up the contents and I open EAUpdater. It should work, that worked for me!

    Thank you!!! This worked for me. - I play on Windows and I searched up "EA App Updater", it updated on it's own and then opened!
