Summer Sale 2025 Ended Before I Could Get My Discount

I filled my cart up for the sale and when I went to checkout at 6:00am this morning before work and the sale was no longer active. So I googled and it said it ended at 10:00 but I wasn’t even hardly past 9:00PST yet! I would like to purchase my items on sale for a total of $90 instead of the $169 but now the fact I can’t get in touch with ANYONE in ANYWAY to help me makes me so frustrated. Everyone talks about how buggy this game is and now I missed out on a sale because of it? That’s not fair to me. And to top it off there’s no direct way to get in touch with ANYONE to ACTUALLY HELP!

I went to purchase $90 worth of items in the sale at 6:00am and when I went back to it after checking my emails to check out no less than 10 minutes later the summer sale was gone and my discounts disappeared before the time was up and now showing $169 to checkout. I was super excited for all my new expansion packs and game packs and everything and now because of ANOTHER BUG IN THE SIMS 4 im missing out on this? That’s not fair to me. And worse!! I can’t get a hold or find a way for anyone to contact me about this please call me at 229-886-1808 

Had same issue, the deadline was 10:00PST and it was 6:00amEST time and it took off all the discounts and disappeared before the time was up. I have a post also requesting the sale still. I have spent two hours trying to figure out how to contact someone by email to get something figured out and finally came here. I know the sims 4 is known for bugs but me missing out on a sale because of it is not my fault and we should be able to coordinate checking out with the summer sale but WHO IS GOING TO HELP US

I am having the same problem.  I went to purchase it (9 PM EST) and the sale prices are gone.

I'm having the same problem.  The sale seems to have stopped early.  The prices were discounted a few hours ago but now when I went to purchase the discounts are gone.  How do I still get the sale?  It's still very much 7/10.  :(

Oh my goodness! The same thing happened to me and I finally found my way through their ridiculous help system to finally chat with someone only to find out that because they are just tech support they cant actually do anything to help me. Im super frustrated. EA advertises a sale that goes until July 10th and then ends it early and there is no way to get it fixed or any support. 

Same thing happened to me. I spent over an hour navigating ED'S ridiculously confusing maze to finally speak to someone in the chat support only to be told that they noted my issue but cant do anything because they are tech support and not marketing and sales. So now I have to wait until the next sale ...whenever that will be. Why does EA create sales with deadlines and then end them early? This has taken up so much of my day already.
