Teen account cant make purchase

I'm on a teen account but it's not allowing me to make purchases. I'm linked to a family account and have an unlimited spending limit but says I'm not the correct age to make purchases.

    If you're having issues with the restrictions set on your teen account, you'll want to reach out to the live support team so they can review your account info to see what's causing this.

    What if you have an underage account .but don't have a family account to be linked to?

    Underage accounts require a parental or guardian email to be attached in order to set the account up- if you're not sure which parental email details you added to this account, you can contact the live support team here so they can take a look with you.
