The app crashed unexpectedly

i have issue when i want launch EA app i get this error
i try update and delet cash and background service and delet and re install but not work the same Error

i found solution
Search intel driver assistant.I tried everything before and i downloaded this and on the page it said i had 4 drivers to update including Intel graphics and audio driver. and after i updated the EAapp stopped crashing
