The currently connected email has been deleted

I have found no solution for receiving a verification code. I can't do anything to my account or change anything or even install some games because I have to verify my email with a verification code,  2FA needs verification, change password needs verification, link discord needs verification, want to add another email or phone needs verification, THE CODE DOES NOT GET SENT TO MY EMAIL. There is no EA help contact anymore, I don't know what to do; I've had this account since my time in the military in 2015. 

What the heck are you customer support doing EA???? I cannot log in with my EA account because I CANNOT RECEIVE THAT EMAIL. I cannot reach the customer support or chat with a real person without log in with my EA account. So I registered a new account and open the customer support page try to reach you guys, I selected the topic, described my case, guess what? when I submitted my cases, it was rejected and the website shows that : This issue isn't supported by advisors .How can I 他妈 retrieve my own EA account??? Please help me!
