The "Submit" button when clicked just got stuck pressed down with no error in the input form shown that I could see. Maybe you could move the bug report over? I pasted in what the autosave stored, so this is what the bug form normally would output.

@ladyeimer  I've moved over this thread.  I'd suggest editing the title for better visibility for the original issue.
