EA Staff (Retired)Hi @thatguy501154 to check have you tried the following steps already?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
@EA_Illium I tried clearing the Cache multiple times and uninstalling but that wont work either, and by the way I had to do it in the Electronic Arts folder because again the launcher wont open.

Hi @thatguy501154 Would it be possible to put your device in a Clean Boot and then launch the client?
