Wayyy Tooooo Bigggg

I don't know what in the world happened. I log out, I log in, now this. When I click on the icon to open the app, it is extremely large and I can't adjust it. I've tried every setting in my display options, changed to every other possible resolution, this has to be an EA issue.  I recently added the crystals and home chef bundles but other than that there are no changes. Now when I start this is what happens. I can't adjust the window size in any way. I have it changed to minimized window in settings. I cannot launch the game, I cannot click on anything except the options to buy more packs. See the attachment for the fullsize screenshot.
