Thanks for taking the time to share the troubleshooting steps you've taken so far.
Just to confirm, are you changing the password of the EA account you own and have been playing the game on, or another EA account? It'd be worth logging in on the EA App with the account that has Star Wars: Jedi Survivor in its library and with the right connected accounts to double-check.
