The Sims 4 August Sales Payment Issue

Hello, everyone.

I would like to purchase the High School Years expansion pack for The Sims 4. Unfortunately, when I try to do this I get a message saying "We had some trouble processing your request. Try again later [Ref: OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE]". Has this specific pack been retired?

I have tried following the steps, but they still don’t work. I also tried to contact support via live chat, but it was almost impossible to connect. The one time I managed to get through (after waiting for 4 hours), I did not receive any useful information. The representative I spoke to was unhelpful and gave me the impression that they were unwilling to assist, simply telling me there was nothing else they could do. Now the discount has also expired, and I am really disappointed with EA.

Hello. I am trying to buy the Enchanted by Nature pack for a few days now. 

I'm unable to add it to my cart or make a purchase. 

I'm getting the error that there is an issue with adding to cart and payment method. Mind you that I was able to add a compilation pack to the cart just to see if it works, and it did. 

I already cleared the cache in the EA app, reinstalled it, deleted and re entered my payment information several times, but nothing seems to help. 

I'm really frustrated by this and asking for a solution. Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to purchase the new creator kits, but when I attempt to do so (either through the EA App or in my browser from the website), I receive an error with reference #54001. Anyone else?

I solved it by using a VPN.

Hi! These suggestions did not help to solve the issue. EA help is not helping also. Waiting for 14 days!

Can you please pass this problem to whoever is in charge for EA APP or EA.com purchase transactions? We can't reach them and we are waiting for so long! Please and thank you.
