The Sims 4 base game and add-ons' sudden disappearance from my library

Hello everyone,

I had purchased The Sims 4 base game and some add-ons a few of months ago and played quite a lot. But now after nearly one month of not playing this game, today I came back to my EA app on macOS to find out that my purchased games have disappeared from my library.

I don't understand how to bring back these games and the progress I made. I can't find any product code to redeem in my purchase emails and in the Order History on my EA account; all I see is the order confirmation numbers.

Also, when I click on any Sims 4 game details (base or add-on) on the EA app on mac, it says Not available for purchase. I remember that previously it would have a button to Start the purchased game instead, or be able to purchase or add in cart. All I was able to try so far is delete and re-install the EA app, that didn't work.

I have opened a case with the support team regarding this issue as well, but I am still waiting for them to respond.

Anyone who has encountered and fixed this, please let me know what I can do. Where can I find the product code, so that at least I try to redeem code them?
Also, does anyone know what happened suddenly, why this change?
