Hi @nirana9694,

On the EA app, you can find your add-ons by going into your library, clicking on The Sims 4, and selecting "Manage" > "Manage add-ons." There you should find your DLCs and additional content. If you cannot find your content there, please contact EA Help Support. If you would like, there's an option to contact support via chat as well.
