Summarize your bug The Sims 4 "Gnome On The Go" Bonus Content not showing in my Manange Add-Ons tab, even though I own it from the pre-order of the Cottage Living Expansion Pack, and it shows in my game. Is this normal?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure?
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not show some content I own.
What do you expect to see? a fix please 🙂
The Sims 4 "Gnome On The Go" Bonus Content not showing in my Manange Add-Ons tab, even though I own it from the pre-order of the Cottage Living Expansion Pack, and it shows in my game. Is this normal? I also notice things like Grims Ghoulish Guitar bonus, and The Family Portrait bonus are not showing in Manage Add-Ons, yet they are in fact in my game. On Orgin I could see these things in my library just fine...

You won't see the bonus content for Gnome on the Go, Grimes Ghoulish Guitar or the Family Portrait under Manage Add-ons in the EA app, but that content will still be available in-game if you own it.
If this content does go missing in-game for you though, please get in contact with the live support team here so they can review your account details with you and investigate further.
