Summarize your bug The Sims 4 Collector's Edition overlapped by The Sims 4 Standard Edition in my EA app Library since EA app replaces Origin last year.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? "The Sims 4 Collector's Edition" not found in my Library, it's replaced by "The Sims 4 Standard Edition"
What do you expect to see? Remove the record of "The Sims 4 Standard Edition" and get "The Sims 4 Collector's Edition" back to my account.
The Sims 4 Collector's Edition overlapped by The Sims 4 Standard Edition in my EA app Library since EA app replaces Origin last year, it was December 2022. When Origin force my to install EA app, I just did.
However, EA app didn't list The Sims 4 Collector's Edition in my Library. Instead, EA app showed me I don't own The Sims 4 basegame and let me click the "Download" button.
After I clicked the "Download" button, The Sims 4 Standard Edition replaces The Sims 4 Collector's Edition in my account.
I tried to contact EA Help that time (06 December 2022) and they just let me install Origin on my PC again. I launched Origin and found I have TWO "The Sims 4" basegame in my account, the first one is "The Sims 4 Collector's Edition", another one is "The Sims 4 Standard Edition". But I don't need to own Standard Edition.
Now I can't launch Origin on my PC, Origin refuse me to click on any area and force me to use EA app.
I also contacted EA Help in the past 24 hours, they can see I do own "The Sims 4 Collector's Edition", but no one knows how to get it back to my Library.
