Mine says that as well. I do have the up all night installed, however - EA - Bragging rights - am I right?
I still have my sims 4 plumbob plugged in that changes with my sims emotions. My sims 4 mouse unfortunately broke but will I ever part with it? Nope. That mouse lasted 7 years. This game cost me £90 back in 2014 pre-ordered which is the most I have ever spent on a release. Added the mouse on for an extra tenner.
Just a simple change for those who own the extra packs EA. The Sims 4 Deluxe Edition.
I had a similar issue with Mass Effect 3 stating it was the standard edition in EA app rather than the deluxe edition. Different product codes between Origin and EA App. The solution took a number of live chats until you find an advisor that understood the solution required the correct deluxe edition code adding to the EA app. So I suggest you try live chat and persist to resolve the issue.

@Krogan_PaulN7Thank you for your suggestion. I contacted EA Live Chat Support. I now have the correct version of the game in the EA app. After reinstalling the game I have the standard version again. Additionally, I lost The Sims 4 Cottage Living: Limited Time Purchase Bonus Content (Gnome on the Go Bonus Content).
@Krogan_PaulN7 I can confirm that explaining the situation to a live support specialist worked. I had to explain that the situation had nothing to do with corrupt cache (I had done the app recovery and other things to confirm it). If they can see in their system that you actually own the better edition, they will make EA App show it.
