There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game.

Im trying to open Need for Speed hot pursuit remastered and it pops up "There is a problem with your game's setup, Please reinstall your game." Ive reinstalled it many times, restarted pc, install...

Hi @Bradylobster08 We may be running into an issue with the Beta Client, Can you try the following steps to see if this continues?

  • Clear EA App's Cache 
  • Start the install or another game, cancel then try to launch NFS
  • Start the Desktop Icon of Need for Speed as an admin
  • Put your device in Clean Boot and check if this continues

@EA_Illium 

I tried the first 3 things you told me to do so the last option was the clean boot. So i did a clean boot and when i tried to open the ea app it said "Something went wrong and the service failed to start. Try again in a moment" What am i supposed to do now?
