    Thanks for following up!

    There may be something else blocking the client from starting the download. What happens if you start your PC in a Clean Boot before you try downloading BF2042? 

    You can find more info on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website. Once you've had the chance to give that a try please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

I've got EA play through my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I have managed to download a couple of games, which work ok. But I'm trying to install Mass Effect Legendary and getting this error. ALso trying Unravel for my kid to play but same issue. What gives?
