@KamiDOTexe Yes - still having the same problem. Was even able to find the log file for trying to download my game, and I see the following error:

I feel like any software dev worth their salt could look into this issue if they were given the direction. I have submitted detailed tickets including this error and the full log using EA app, and all I get back is "Did you try downloading the latest version of EA Desktop? Have you tried contacting microsoft support?"
This issue seems to be popping up more than just us according to these forums - I just don't get why I can't get past level 1 support, and get someone who can actually help.
