I bought Get to Work, Toddler Stuff, and Outdoor Retreat. Everytime I try to download them I get this error (pictured below). I bought other stuff packs after trying to download them and they have worked. It is just these three. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled EA and the game, restarted the app, restarted my laptop, probably more stuff I don’t even remember. i tried contacting EA Support twice, they are useless. Neither case got resolved and I’m currently trying to contact them again. I paid for those extra content packs and can’t even play with them. Also it’s not a space issue on my MAC, I’ve already checked.
When I try to download a pack, it says "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong with your download. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Help me? Thanks!
it did the same for me but i kept try all the methods and it worked for me by clear cache of EA app. So How?
First Open the EA app, click the three-dash menu in the top-left corner, select Help then App Recovery and finally Clear Cache!
