"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

So about a week ago I purchased For Rent & Discover University when I preordered the royal pack that's coming out. I didn't notice at first but For Rent & Discover University never downloaded. When I go to the pack info page it does say that I own them but when I click download something pops up too quickly for me to see then I get the pop up that says "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again."  This is happening on the EA store app on my PC & would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue!!
