Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

I'm also having issues downloading DLC. Tried to download Perfect patio stuff, Dine out and Discover university. Download manager starts preparing download, then gives error message "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again"

Already tried restarting the app, restarting my pc, clearing ea app cache, and made sure my antivirus isn't blocking the app.
