Please make sure to double-check the error that you're getting and ONLY reply in this thread if you're getting the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in EA app, no other error. If you're getting this error, please provide the requested data on page 1 of this thread.
If you're getting a different error, please either reply to a recent thread that is about your specific error, or create a new one.

I am a player from China. Playing APEX for nearly 2000 hours on the EA platform
On May 11th, when I was preparing to update APEX, I was prompted with a download failure and tried dozens of times but still failed.
I chose to uninstall and reinstall the game, but after reinstalling and downloading the game itself, I restarted downloading and encountered download errors again.
I have made the following attempts
1. Clear EA cache
2. Using Game Accelerator (VPN)
3. Restart EA
4. Restart the computer
I confirm that the network is functioning properly and the games on other gaming platforms are functioning properly. Not only on EA.
