Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was asked by support to try to download the Sims 4 in the EA app using Safe mode on my PC. I also have a DxDiag shared in live chat
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't install the Sims 4 - I get " There is an issue with your downoload, try again in a few linutes"
What do you expect to see? the game should install
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Hello I use a PC - Acer Nitro AN517-51
I use [edit: email address removed] on the EA app and have an issue installing the Sims 4 since May 2nd.
I have had multiple cases: the most recent live chat being: 182243027.
Other cases I have had in live chat and via e-mail where 177030447 and 179684630.
After the chat with support it was found that the Update server was not available.

Can you push this to someone from EA? because via live chats and tickets they keep pushing me to here?n, and here EA is ignoring me… since beginning of may. I am not very far from suing them….
