"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

@yravoux I moved this to the ea app forum as it's not an issue with the game itself but with the app.

Hopefully someone here can help you further.

Can you push this to someone from EA? because via live chats and tickets they keep pushing me to here?n, and here EA is ignoring me… since beginning of may. I am not very far from suing them….
