"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Hello, I am trying to download my packs for sims 4, which I have downloaded already & I have already bought and installed, I receive a error message saying something went wrong when I try to redownload them. This happened out of nowhere, yesterday it was working fine.
